What payment methods do you accept?
Razorpay processes everything: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, any UPI app), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), netbanking from 50+ Indian banks, and popular wallets. Studio tier can be invoiced in INR or USD on request.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Every invoice is auto-generated by Razorpay with our GSTIN and, if you provide yours during checkout, with your business GSTIN for input tax credit. Invoices are sent by email within minutes of each payment and are downloadable from your dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in one click. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds, but no gotchas either. Your cold archive remains readable for 30 days after cancellation so you can export.
Is there a free trial?
There is a one free test upload — a single video of up to 500 MB, mirrored to both channels and kept in cold storage for 24 hours so you can verify the whole pipeline works for your setup. No card required. After the test upload, Creator tier is ₹1,599 / month.
What happens if I go over my monthly video limit?
Creator and Pro tiers: uploads beyond the included limit are paused until the next billing cycle — you will not be surprised by an overage charge. Studio tier: videos beyond the 500-video cap are metered at ₹60 per additional video, billed at month-end on your usual invoice.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 15% off Creator, 20% off Pro, or a custom discount on Studio. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee — if Trigunatita does not work for your channel in the first month, we refund the full year.
What is BYO-GCP and when do I need it?
BYO-GCP means you provide your own Google Cloud project and OAuth client for the YouTube Data API. This isolates your YouTube quota from other Trigunatita customers and becomes necessary if you upload very frequently (several times a day across multiple channels). Pro tier supports it optionally; Studio tier requires it and we set it up for you.
Do you have an enterprise or MCN tier?
Studio tier fits most agencies and multi-channel networks. Above that (20+ channels, custom legal terms, custom data-residency requirements), write to hello@trigunatita.com and we will quote based on your actual usage. No surprise per-seat trap — agencies should not need to hire a procurement lawyer to back up a YouTube channel.
What if my primary channel is terminated mid-subscription?
Your subscription stays active. The mirror channel on your second Google account still has every video; the cold archive still has every original file. You can restore, export, or let the subscription run while you rebuild on a new channel — whichever makes sense. Cancel any time, no penalty.
Do you work with creators outside India?
Yes, Razorpay accepts international cards. Pricing stays in INR for transparency — at the time of writing, Creator is roughly $19 / month, Pro is $49, Studio is $149. The product itself is location-neutral; the YouTube API treats all creators the same.
